Too bad the free admission week doesn't coincide with Spring Break/Easter week. We stopped at South Rim Grand Canyon on Thursday. It cost me 25 bucks to let my kiddies peek at the canyon. I saw where my 25 dollars-for-15 minutes was going though. They're spending tons of cash to build a Disneyland-esque transportation center-slash-parking lot. Everything was torn up, long walking detours everywhere. I DEMAND A DISCOUNT!!

To add insult to injury, the visitor center closed at 5 pm. It was 5:30. You'd think with all the zillions of dollars they were raking in they could at least keep the place open during daylight hours so us and the French & German tourists could see the exhibits.

Thanks for the info! I'd love to go to some of the parks I haven't been to before. Maybe next year.

Oh, and since it's been forever since I've been to your blog, I'll comment on the other posts too: Disneyland looks like it was a blast! (Daniel was just talking to his grandpa today about what he wants to do the next time we go to Disneyland). Easter looked lovely. And congratulations on the new baby!
