Introducing . . . Friday Freebies!

Join us for a new segment each Friday where fun free activities, internet offers and giveaways are featured right here for your viewing pleasure!

Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE free! So the idea popped in to my head as I was concocting a post about a free activity coming up (tune in next week for that one) that I should make it a regular thing. I have been avoiding coming up with a day themed post because I wondered am I doing it because it's the "in" thing to do in Blog land? Plus inevitably I will forget some Friday and I know you would ALL be disappointed. But when I realized today was Friday and I was posting something free, I couldn't resist making it a regular occurrence because I find out about so many great things and want to share!

Today the feature is something for women (it'll probably happen a lot men, so just think of the women in your life when it occurs).

If you're handicapped (not literally) at nursing like me you'll know that a great nursing cover is essential! Yet they are expensive ($32 +/-). Sure I have instructions to make one and all the materials, but I came across a limited time deal at www.uddercovers.com type in the code "onefree" and you'll get a free cover from their essence line (they have blue and pink left in stock). No joke, all you pay is $7.95 shipping.

It would make a wonderful baby shower gift if you're not in need of one yourself!

Stay tuned next week for an awesome free activity in the Salt Lake area (sorry out of towners). I'll give you a hint, it happens on Arbor Day.

I use http://gocitykids.com/ to find out about free happenings. You can type in your city to find out what's going on in your area. You can also follow them on Twitter to get updates of things going on.

I love this idea. I have one coming. I have been wanting a "hooter hider" forever but just could not justify paying that much for something I could possibly make but never would. Like you I just can't be modest while nursing. Anyway so I am way excited. Thank you for the info. Hey, I am coming down to Ogden for a girls weekend on the 17th & 18th. Do you think you can find us free stuff to do? :) If so that would really help.
